In residential areas, the statutory speed limit is 25 mph. North Shore at Ridgely Manor has a growing problem of people Speeding through the neighborhood. The Home Owner’s Associations for both North Shore 1 and North Shore 2 are researching how to get law enforcement involved to start ticketing speeders.
